Smart SRA Assessment System: Digitalisasi Penilaian Sekolah Ramah Anak Berbasis Sistem Terintegrasi
Abstract
Smart SRA Assessment System is proposed as an integrated digital platform for assessing Child-Friendly Schools in a more structured, measurable, and accountable manner. This study addresses the recurring limitations of manual assessments, including fragmented evidence, delayed verification, inconsistent scoring, and weak documentation. The system was designed through requirement identification, indicator mapping, workflow modelling, and prototype-oriented interface design. Smart SRA organizes school data into role-based modules covering institution profiling, indicator evidence upload, automated preliminary scoring, verifier review, and dashboard-based decision support. The proposed design strengthens transparency between core and linked data, supporting verification integrity, while shorter and clearer task flows ensure accuracy and efficiency in scoring. The result is a practical digital assessment model that can support faster reporting, better data quality, and more responsive policy intervention for the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools.
